Mental Health Support

for HR and workforce leaders

Mental health support built for those who support others

HR and workforce leaders routinely carry the emotional weight of their organizations — navigating employee crises, difficult decisions, and high-stakes responsibility, often without space to address their own wellbeing.

This is not about fixing you.

It’s about supporting you.

What Mental Health Support Through NIHRA Cares Includes

NIHRA Cares provides mental health resources, supportive connections, educational resources, and guidance for HR and workforce leaders navigating personal and professional challenges.

  • Connection to trusted mental health resources and professionals

  • Support may include confidential support conversations, short term guidance, resource connections, or referrals to trusted professionals

  • Supportive peer and community connections

  • Guidance during moments of professional or personal strain.

Our focus is not on fixing problems, but on ensuring leaders have a safe, supportive space to process challenges, regain clarity, and move forward with support.

How Support is Accessed

Support is accessed in three simple steps:

1. Reach Out

HR and workforce leaders initiate contact through a private request or referral process. No diagnosis, justification, or formal paperwork is required to begin.

2. Get Connected

NIHRA Cares helps connect individuals to appropriate mental health resources, including professional counseling options, peer support connections, or short-term guidance based on the situation and level of need.

3. Receive Support

Support may take the form of confidential conversations, short-term counseling referrals, or guidance during periods of professional or personal strain — always focused on providing a safe, supportive space.

This process is designed to be discreet, respectful, and human — removing barriers so leaders can access support without fear of stigma or professional consequence.

NIHRA Cares provides mental health support through a thoughtful, confidential process designed to respect privacy, reduce friction, and meet leaders where they are.

NIHRA Cares is not a crisis response organization or licensed healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
