About NIHRA Cares

NIHRA Cares is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting HR and workforce leaders through educational resources, community support, mental health resource navigation, leadership support initiatives, and temporary hardship assistance programs.

NIHRA Cares is not a licensed healthcare provider, counseling organization, law firm, financial advisory firm, or emergency crisis response organization.

No Medical or Professional Advice

The information, resources, support conversations, educational materials, and content provided through this Website are intended for informational, educational, and community support purposes only.

Support Requests & Assistance

NIHRA Cares may provide supportive conversations, educational guidance, community connection, temporary hardship assistance initiatives, or referrals to trusted resources and professionals when appropriate.

All support initiatives and assistance are:

Subject to organizational capacity
Subject to availability of resources and funding
Evaluated on a situational basis
Provided at the discretion of NIHRA Cares leadership and/or Board

Submission of a support request does not guarantee assistance, funding, response, placement, referral, partnership, volunteer appointment, or board involvement.

Financial hardship assistance, when available, may include direct payment toward qualifying expenses or obligations consistent with NIHRA Cares policies and organizational capacity.

Donations

Contributions made to NIHRA Cares support the organization’s charitable and educational mission.

NIHRA Cares is currently in the process of pursuing federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Tax treatment of donations may vary depending on IRS approval status and applicable law. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility of contributions.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Intellectual Property

All Website content, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, written content, educational materials, design elements, and organizational materials are the property of NIHRA Cares unless otherwise stated.
