NIHRA Cares was created from a simple but often overlooked truth:
HR and workforce leaders are expected to carry the weight of organizations — often without a place to set it down.
Through years of leadership, volunteer service, and community engagement, we saw firsthand how frequently those in people-focused roles navigate crisis, burnout, financial strain, and personal challenges quietly and alone. NIHRA Cares was formed to change that — by creating a trusted, human-centered support system built by and for those who lead others.
